WHAT  I  KNOW  FOR  SURE  ABOUT  PHOTOGRAPHY:
There are a zillion reasons why I love what I do as a Photographer. Concepting, Scouting, Styling, Staging, Directing, Producing, Coordinating, Editing, Designing — these are all parts of the photography puzzle that I relish. But, honestly, it’s what the Art of the camera does, long after I’m involved, that really keeps me coming back to the lens again and again. You see, decades after I’m gone, decades after you’re gone, these images will still be here. Speaking for you, speaking for me, and storytelling for us both. The way we feel, who we love, and how we show up in the world is all time capsuled. I don’t know any other Art or machinery or service that can stop the clock, or tip the hourglass on life, the way that photography can. Simply put, photography is what gives our legacies lasting, physical, permanence.
